In our SMD assembly lines, we can perform leaded and lead-free solder paste assembly and glue process.

Using temperature control features of our 9-zone oven in our line, we can perform both soldering and glue process operations separately and at the same time. Also we have an opportunity to perform soldering operation on both sides of the electronic board at the same time.
