ETA company provide SMT LED DIP full production line, smt solutions, smt production line, smt line, smt assembly line, smt line machine, led line, led production line, led tv production line, smt led line solutions.

 

For the LED making,we have two solutions,one is semi-auto line,the other is full-auto line,following is the mainly difference for the two lines.

 

Semi-auto line:

Semi-auto printer P3+ conveyor 1m + Samsung pick and place machine sm482plus + conveyor 1m + lead free reflow oven E8 (The cost for this line is less than 100,000 USD,no including feeders).

Normally need 3-4 worker for this line.

 

Full-auto smt line:

PCB loader  + full-auto printer P4034+ conveyor 1m+ Samsung pick and place machine sm482plus+ conveyor 1m+ lead free reflow oven E8 + PCB unloader  (The cost for this line is about 130,000 USD,no including feeders)

Normally need 1-2 worker for this line.

 

Above are SMT line, if you also want to produce led driver then also need DIP line.

The DIP line including: Insert line + Wave soldering machine loader + Wave soldering machine + Wave soldering machine unloader.

 

Above solutions are used for producing led pcb, customer also need purchase some raw materials like capacitance, resistance, diode,housing etc.
