Loader + semi auto SMT printer + 2m belt line + pick and place machine + 50m belt line + 8 zones reflow oven + unloader, this is a complete LED strip production line. Pick and place machine is the most import in this production line. So here introduce our new LED strip pick and place machine for you.

First, there can put 36 nozzles for two sides of machine, and the distance of the nozzles can be adjusted by the program according to the distance of the LED chips. 

In addition, The two ends of the nozzle have two cameras, one camera detects the Mark point, and the other one detects the feeder position, to ensure not to place skewed when placement the LED chips.

Then, this machine can put electronic feeder, and can place 4 kinds of LED chips at the same time.

Finally, the CPH of this pick and place machine is 90000/h, can meet your capacity needs.

 

About reflow oven of this line, it have mesh is enough no need rail.
