The SOP of I.C.T SMT Machine Shipment
The management of each company will be reflected in different places, even shipments. We have seen a lot of company machine wrapped in only a layer of plastic. I think no matter how good the quality of their machine and how advanced their functions are, we can see that the management level of this company is not high from their packaging.
So I want to share our I.C.T company shipment process.
When the machine has been produced. Our test engineers will do the first step, which is testing and aging. They will take about one week to testing the machine, and check every function is OK and each problem that can be found.
Next, when the engineer passes the test, the equipment is delivered to the Delivery person. They will disassemble the equipment, not if it is an integrated equipment, and if it is a workbench or belt assembly line, they will disassemble each part and pack it separately.
In the third step, they will pack the equipment with a layer of foam and then a layer of transparent plastic. This ensures that the surface of the equipment will not be scratched. Most of our goods are transported by sea. what we are most worried about is that the goods are moldy or rusty by moist air above the sea. So we will wrap another layer of metal bag on the outside of the equipment, and then draw out the air.
Finally, we packed the wooden cases outside and shipped them out.
