We, Shenzhen I.C.T Technology Co.,Ltd. is one company for SMT DIP line machines manufacturer. Provide SMT LED DIP full production line solutions for domestic and oversea customers.

Our main equipments: pick and place machine,reflow oven,stencil printer and wave soldering machine,AOI machine,SPI machine,X-ray machine etc. Other peripheral equipments like conveyor, loader, unloader, BGA rework station, assembly line, pcb cutting machine etc. Our machines are widely used in LED fields and PCBA fields. For the SMT line,we have two solutions,one is semi-auto line,the other is full-auto line,following is the mainly difference for the two lines.

Semi-auto smt line:

Semi-auto printer P3+ conveyor 1m + Samsung pick and place machine sm482plus + conveyor 1m + lead free reflow oven E8. The cost for this line is less than 100,000 USD,no including feeders. Normally need 3-4 worker for this line.

Full-auto smt line:

PCB loader  + full-auto printer P4034+ conveyor 1m+ Samsung pick and place machine sm482plus+ conveyor 1m+ lead free reflow oven E8 + PCB unloader.The cost for this line is about 130,000 USD,no including feeders. Normally need 1-2 worker for this line.

Above are two different SMT line offer example,the configuration of machines are flexible, mainly depends on the budget and requirement of clients. Because each machine have differen models with different prices.

Normally some customer also ask us find raw material supplier for them, we know some if customer need we can find for them.
